This course is open to anyone (individuals, parents or businesses) who want to learn or refresh their first aid skills.
We will cover: CPR skills for adult, child and infant Being confident to use a defibrillator Dealing with choking for adult, child and infant Bleeds and burns Recovery position. You will receive a certificate valid for 3 years (this will be emailed to you after the course) and a prompt sheet and card to take away with you.
This course is for anyone who does not require a full day first aid course but would like to learn or refresh their skills with:
👉CPR & Defibrillator (adults, children & infants)
👉Choking (adults, children & infants)
👉Bleeds & Burns
👉Unconsciousness and recovery position
Certificated for 3 years.
Great for all individuals providing you with the confidence to handle an emergency situation at work, home or out and about!
Refreshments available. Café in the building or bring your own lunch. Lunch break will be 30 minutes.

This is a practical course and you will be expected to get on the floor to practice tasks such as CPR and get back up again unaided
