Join the Rotaract Club of Birmingham for our annual Foundation Ball on Saturday, April 5th, 2025 at The Social (upstairs of the Fennec). Known as the city's premier young professionals event, Foundation Ball supports our Club's signature service projects, Ready2Read and Ready2Succeed, and serves as the most memorable night of the year.

This black tie event will be open to ticket holders only and is for ages 21 and up. This year’s theme is Carnival (think Rio, not clowns) so come dressed to the nines with color, feathers, masks, etc. There will be live music, food, open bar, raffles, and more! There is a VIP ticket option for those interested in additional benefits, including reserved parking in the VIP parking lot, entrance to the VIP cocktail hour, and exclusive access to our VIP lounge.

All proceeds from the event go to sponsor Rotaract's two main signature service projects:

· Ready2Succeed, a mentorship program designed to provide high-achieving local high school students in the Birmingham City School System with guidance, encouragement, and resources to prepare for the college admissions process.

· Ready2Read, a reading comprehension program that provides a classroom library to second-grade classrooms throughout the Birmingham City School System and promotes literacy, reading comprehension skills, and a love of reading to impressionable and adaptable young minds.
