Are you interested in fostering cats and/or kittens but not sure where to start? Wondering what fostering actually looks like day to day? This event is for you!Join Southern Arizona Cat Rescue volunteers for Foster 101, an informal info session where we’ll walk you through everything you need to know about fostering—while you relax and hang out with the adorable kitties of Hunter’s Kitten Lounge 😻
We’ll cover the basics, including:
-What a typical foster “round” looks like and how long it usually lasts
-How to foster when you own pets
-What expenses are covered by the rescue
-Naming foster cats (yes, it’s often part of the fun!)
-What kind of support you’ll receive from our team
There will be plenty of time for questions, honest conversation, and kitty cuddles. No commitment required—just come learn, connect, and see if fostering might be right for you.
