• Location: SFU Student Union Building
• Competition Date: Sunday, February 2nd, 2025 : [9:00 AM - 5:00 PM]
• Location: Vancouver Harbour Centre

1) Forward Vision Workshop (January 19th)

What to Expect:

• Learn tools to craft a winning pitch through interactive activities and workshops.
• Team bonding activities and mentor introductions.
• Competition layout and rubric details.
• Networking opportunities with peers and mentors.

2) Forward Vision Competition (February 2nd)

Morning Session:

• Teams present their pitches to a panel of judges in a Dragons' Den-style format.
• Engage in a negotiation round to achieve closest to initial ask.

Afternoon Session: (Networking only attendees)

• InnoVentures Expo: Explore interactive booths hosted by entrepreneurs and small business owners to gain insights and network.
• Awards Ceremony: Winners announced based on pitching, negotiation, and project feasibility.
