forum+ at Rainbow Paddlers: LGBTQ+ Kayaking

On Friday 28th February join with forum+ at Rainbow Paddlers – the LGBTQ+ Kayaking session at The Pirate Castle.

Exercising near water and greenery has been shown to reduce anxiety, improve mental health and wellbeing. We love our kayaking sessions on the beautiful stretch of Regent’s Canal in the heart of Camden and enjoying a friendly social together while we paddle. Rainbow Paddlers has gone from strength to strength since launching in 2021 and is a front-runner initiative - proud to be the first British Canoeing club in the UK to offer weekly adult paddle sport sessions run by and for the LGBTQ+ community.
