🔸INFO ABOUT THE WORKSHOP WITH LOUKAS & GEORGIA 🔹
9 hours of deep Workshop (100€): 2 hs on Friday evening (7 pm to 9 pm)+ 3,5 hs on Saturday and Sunday afternoon(1.30 pm to 5 pm)
The seminar will be focused on:
1) Elasticity into practical explanation. Why, when and how. Examples with sacadas, boleos and changes of direction.
2) Off axis movement and various situations. Feeling comfortable and how to use it.
