Class discussing ideas for fearlessly creating a loving and balanced relationship with your own inner "shadow" aspects/self & ways of holding the light for them when they emerge to meet us.
Some themes touched upon will be:
- reshaping limiting self beliefs and inner narrative with curiosity and unconditional understanding
- simple redirections when feeling triggered or trapped by another
- common ways we can stand in our own way of healing or create a reality for ourselves unintentionally
- consulting various versions of ourselves and spirit guides for discernment and gratitude
( Guided meditation 3-5 minutes)
* Q&A Last 45 minutes of class
- I want to give the time and space for all class attendees to ask their own specific questions you might have that draw you to this class, which is the main purpose I created it to serve. I find there is no one size fits all answers for what will come up to meet each of us individually in such an abstract, deeply complex and personal lifelong process. My intention is that people leave the class session feeling like they have the ideas or seeds to ponder further that are most helpful for them, and best aligns with their own unique and chosen intentions.
