Ride Information: Paula Riley and Danny Fausett welcome you to a sanctioned North American Trail Ride Conference (NATRC) Leisure Division Competitive Trail ride November 6 and 7, 2021
Come join us on picturesque trails through Georgia’s mountains, woods and streams for a fun filled weekend! Additional information can be found at www.natrc.org or www.natrc5.org.
The competition will be a stand-alone NATRC Leisure Division ride, to include a pre-ride Clinic for those unfamiliar with NATRC. Each day’s activities will start with an introduction to NATRC, including an explanation of ride flow, timing, P&Rs, trail equitation and what the judges will be looking for. Separate 9 mile competitions will be offered both on Saturday and Sunday. Enter one or both. Classes will have placings and prizes from first through sixth place. This is not a race and is laid out to be a mostly or all walking competition.
Leisure Class: Approximately 9 miles @ 3 mph each day. Classes will be Experienced, Adult, Junior. Cost per class is $50 for NATRC members and $60 for non-members.

Registration: Register on the Ride Management System (RMS) at http://rms.natrc.net. This Ride is limited to 50 entries. Paper entry forms are also available upon request.
Camping Information: The NATRC Headquarters will be at Fausett Farms, 11336 GA-136, Dawsonville, GA 30534. There is a $10/day trail fee. Also, primitive camping is available at $15/night per rig.
Ride Notes: Check-in will begin at 8 am each day. Ride briefing and NATRC clinic information will follow at 9 am. Vet in for the horses will start at 10 am, with ride out planned at 11 am. Riders should all be back in camp by 3pm, when the final vet check will be held. Awards are planned for 4 pm. All competitors will receive a scorecard with feedback from the judges to help them learn and improve. Awards and prizes will be given for first through sixth place.
