Forms of Abuse and the Cycle of Violence

This workshop provides an overview of the different forms of abuse and how they can present in relationships. Participants will learn to identify common patterns, understand the cycle of abuse, and explore the power and control wheel as a framework for recognizing dynamics of harm. The session also includes opportunities for guided discussion and shared learning in a supportive and respectful environment.
