• Auction Preview: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
• Lot Bidding: 11:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
• Individual Item Bidding (if applicable): Following lot bidding through 12:30 p.m.
• Payment & Removal: 12:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Items available for bid may include:
Commercial kitchen equipment
Refrigeration equipment
Restaurant fixtures and furniture
Smallware’s and other restaurant-related property
Important Information:
The personal property will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds (cashier's check payable to Clark County Treasurer).
All items are sold as-is, where-is. Prospective bidders are responsible for removing purchased property by the stated deadline and should bring any equipment, tools, and transportation needed for removal.
