“11 years has passed from Katjuša’s last formatura. She has grown immensely as a capoeira and as a shining, bursting positive energetic being that she is. There have been ups and downs, falls that made her stronger and bonds that lifted her up. The time has come to step up. On this event, she’ll receive what rightfully belongs to her.
Katjuša gave so much to this beautiful art, now it’s time to receive. I’m proud to be present on her formatura to contramestra in Capoeira. and - what a better way to celebrate it then on a FESTIVAL DAS RODAS?
Back to the roots of learning. Each one teach one.”

"Roda da Capoeira is the old way of sharing, exploring and learning. Each roda will have a theme and its tasks; but wide enough for everyone to express their way. We won't just play and create music, we will also discuss and open up different visions. Together we will create an atmosphere of modern ritual in its colorful manifestation. Rodas will happen in different cultural places around Ljubljana. Hope to play with you all!"
