Formative Pruning - Learn How to Prune Young Fruit Trees

Formative pruning is important to help young fruit trees grow to be healthy and fruit plentifully. From the session you will understand more about the theory and practice of winter pruning and meet some new people.

Participants will receive a copy of Chloe Ward's excellent pruning guide "for real people with imperfect trees".

If you can, please bring a sharp pair of secateurs and dress for the outdoor weather!

We want this event to be accessible for anyone, so tickets are available on a Pay As You Feel basis. The recommended donation is £20, but this can be higher or lower depending on your circumstances.
