Les NEUROSCIENCES au SERVICE du VIN? ? Comment notre cerveau perçoit, analyse et mémorise les arômes du vin ? L'Ecole du Nez, créée par Le Nez de Jean Lenoir - Le Nez du Vin propose, le temps d'une journée, de s'initier à la neuroenologie au travers d'un programme pédagogique inédit au monde : enseigner la science des arômes et du goût grâce à une approche théorique et pratique.
L'ambition de cette formation : réhabiliter l’odorat, sens primordial pour la dégustation et pourtant encore mal connu et très peu entraîné.

Œnologues, cavistes, sommeliers, journalistes, producteurs, étudiants de DNO, BTS viti-oeno, école hôtelière, etc.
Les amateurs qui recherchent une approche différente de la dégustation du vin y trouveront également un grand intérêt.

Ecole du Nez is for all wine lovers who are looking for a new approach to wine-tasting. Its goals are for professionals and amateurs to understand how the brain perceives tastes and to perfect their olfactory sense.
Its educational program, entirely new in France, is to open the gates of the world of aromas and taste through an integrated, multidisciplinary, theoretical and practical approach, combining scientific presentations and sensory exercises.
Ecole du Nez aspires to rehabilitate the sense of smell, essential for wine-tasting yet still badly known and little trained.
The one-day training is held in French. It can be conducted in English on demand.
