Form & Fluidity Workshop

Do you want to make your aerial sequences look graceful and expressive? This workshop will dive into the topics of form and fluidity, and is for aerialists who want to take their tricks to the next level of visual flair. We will focus on the fundamentals of form that help us flow smoothly between shapes. Ultimately, these concepts will help aerialists of any apparatus to bring their own creative expression to their practice.
The workshop will be taught in silk hammock, but is open to any aerialist because the concepts transfer, and the exercises in the workshop will be accessible.
