Join Efrem Jackson at the Franklin Avenue Library to learn about the government-sanctioned housing discrimination practice known as redlining, which has long plagued minorities in this country. Efrem Jackson is an ordained minister and founder/CEO of Free to Serve Financial Ministries, an organization with a mission to help individuals connect their faith and values to their financial decisions. He is a staunch advocate of financial literacy and erasing wealth disparities amongst minority communities.
