Forget-Me-Not Baskets Inc. is excited for our 12th Annual Zumbathon! This has been a fun and healthy way to raise money and awareness for the service that Forget-Me-Not Baskets provides to our community.LIMITED TICKETS! DON'T WAIT!
Our Zumbathon is open to ages 10+. Doors will open at 8:15am and we will start to Zumba at 9:00am.
PRICING: $30.00
We will have certified Zumba instructors that will each lead a 20 minute sessions. We will have breaks in between and water and snacks will be provided. You can Zumba the entire time or take as many breaks as you would like!
ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A GIFT UPON ARRIVAL.
Proceeds from this event will be used in providing bereavement baskets and supplies to local hospitals and OB offices, for families that have had a baby die during pregnancy or childbirth.

LIABILITY WAIVER
I acknowledge that participation in this event includes certain risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury. In exchange for permission to participate in this event, I hereby agree to release Forget-Me-Not Baskets, Inc., Wooster Skateland and their officers, employees, Zumba ZIN instructors and agents from liability from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind whatsoever for personal injury, property damage or loss of any kind resulting from or related to my or my child’s use of these facilities and participation in any physical exercise within or without of the premises This waiver of liability and assumption of risk shall also be binding to include my heirs, executors and administrators.
