Forget Me Not! is an in-person community day for seniors, caregivers, loved ones, families, and the entire local community.

Join a special day honoring people affected by Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other conditions that impact cognitive function. The event brings people together for support, connection, and fun, and everyone is welcome.

• Give Back: Kickoff of a Fall Holiday Toy Drive benefiting the families of Mending of Mothers
