Following the incredible success of our original Forever In Bloom Gala and six immersive experiences including Taste of Tokyo, Taste of Paris, Taste of New York, Taste of the Caribbean, Strawberry Festival, and our Family Stampede Festival, we are excited to return in 2027 with our most immersive Valentine’s experience yet.
Since our first gala, guests have continued asking when Forever In Bloom would return. Many who missed the original experience told us they regretted not attending. Now, the wait is over!
On February 14, 2027, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (VIP ticket holders can arrive as early as 5:00 PM and stay until 11:00 PM), couples, friends, and guests will step into an unforgettable evening designed to slow life down and celebrate love, wonder, connection, and meaningful moments together.
Unlike a traditional sit-down dinner, Forever In Bloom is a walk-through immersive experience. Throughout the evening, guests are free to wander at their own pace through five uniquely themed environments, discovering new sights, sounds, flavours, entertainment, and surprises around every corner.

Each room has been designed with its own atmosphere, décor, music, lighting, food, drinks, and immersive elements, creating a journey unlike anything else happening in Calgary this Valentine’s season.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy live entertainment featuring jazz, blues, classical music, gospel, solo performers, and special guest musicians. While there is no formal dance scheduled, couples often find themselves naturally swaying to the music, sharing moments together, and creating memories that last long after the night is over.
Food is an experience all on its own.
Guests will discover fourteen gourmet tasting stations, balanced between sweet and savoury offerings (and yes! Gluten-free options available). This is not your traditional date-night meal. Instead, you’ll experience a culinary journey featuring unique flavours, elevated presentations, and creative dishes designed to be enjoyed casually as you explore the gala.
The evening also includes:

• Additional 2 VIP-exclusive premium tasting stations
By the end of the evening, most guests will have enjoyed enough food and drinks to feel completely satisfied.
Food and drinks are redeemed using tokens. For the best value, we strongly recommend purchasing one of our Food Passes in advance. Special couple passes are available that allow guests to experience every food and drink station together while saving money compared to purchasing tokens individually. Additional tokens may also be purchased separately.
Guests will also gain access to our exclusive event web application, which includes interactive features, visual clues, a live leaderboard, event maps, submissions, technical support, and additional surprises throughout the evening.
Parents attending the gala can also access live camera feeds of the Kids Zone directly through the application. Children will enjoy their own dedicated experience complete with snacks, drinks, music, entertainment, activities, games, and supervised fun. Additional details can be found in our FAQ section.
At 8:00 PM, guests will gather for a special 25-minute presentation featuring highlights of the evening, the story behind Forever In Bloom, acknowledgements, and a meaningful romantic moment that has become one of the most memorable parts of the experience.

Doors officially open at 6:00 PM, allowing guests to begin exploring the themed environments, food stations, entertainment, and experiences throughout the evening.

Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to view our featured Diamond Set, elegantly displayed under glass and monitored for security. Diamond Draw tickets may be purchased to increase your chances of winning, with the lucky winner announced during the evening program.

VIP and Diamond guests receive exclusive early entry to enjoy the experience before general admission guests arrive.

Info: At approximately 8:00 PM, guests will gather for a special presentation featuring event highlights, acknowledgements, the story behind Forever In Bloom, and a few memorable surprises.
Hosted by Russell Moore, a respected cabaret performer and solo vocalist known throughout entertainment circles, including Las Vegas, the evening promises charm, humour, and timeless showmanship.
The program will also feature a special tribute celebrating love and relationships. Gentlemen will be invited to participate in a meaningful moment designed especially for their date. We won’t reveal the details, but it’s one of the most anticipated parts of the evening.
The presentation concludes with the drawing of our $2,000 Diamond Set Giveaway, where one lucky guest will take home a sparkling prize.
