Octoberfest 2026 is coming to Schenley Plaza, right in the heart of Oakland one of Pittsburgh’s busiest college, hospital, and cultural districts.
With 44,000+ students nearby, daily Oakland foot traffic, and Schenley Plaza bringing in hundreds of thousands of visitors every year, this is a major opportunity for food vendors, clothing brands, creators, nonprofits, and local businesses to get in front of the community this fall.

As we continue our journey of creating unity throughout Pittsburgh, Forever Fest Midterm Madness proudly honors the memory of Little Adam, whose legacy continues to inspire this event. Together, we are raising awareness for cerebral palsy, supporting individuals and families who have experienced loss, creating opportunities for youth, empowering local businesses, and strengthening our community through music, culture, and connection. Vendor spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis. Premium locations are available while supplies last.
Setup Information
Registered vendors will receive all booth assignments, parking instructions and setup details will be provided to all registered vendors in early September 2026.

Vendor capacity is limited due to Schenley Plaza’s event layout and city requirements.
Applications will be accepted on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

Performers: Artist registration:
Choose from Early Bird, General, or Last Chance registration while slots are available.
Each registered performer will receive an 10 minute performance set, promotion across Octoberfest social media leading up to the event, recognition throughout the event, and opportunities to capture professional photos and videos for future content. Octoberfest is more than a performance it’s a chance to build your brand, connect with new audiences, network with other artists, vendors, and community members, and be part of one of Pittsburgh’s biggest community celebrations this fall.
Performance slots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
