FOREVER FEST: OCTOBERFEST MIDTERM MADNESS
Forever Fest: Octoberfest Midterm Madness is coming to Schenley Plaza, located in the heart of Oakland, one of Pittsburgh’s busiest university, medical, business, and cultural districts.
With more than 44,000 students attending nearby universities, consistent daily foot traffic throughout Oakland, and hundreds of thousands of annual visitors to Schenley Plaza, this event gives food vendors, clothing brands, creators, nonprofits, community organizations, and local businesses an opportunity to showcase their work directly to the public.
Vendor spaces and performance slots are limited. Registration is first-paid, first-confirmed.

Presented by Brick Academy Records, Octoberfest Midterm Madness will bring the community together through shopping, live music, entertainment, networking, and community engagement.
This event continues my mission of creating unity and opportunities throughout Pittsburgh while proudly honoring the memory of my son, Little Adam. His legacy remains at the heart of Forever Fest.
Together, this event will raise awareness for cerebral palsy, support individuals and families who have experienced loss, create opportunities for youth, empower local businesses, and strengthen the community through music, culture, and connection.
Every vendor, performer, sponsor, and attendee contributes to that mission.
VENDOR REGISTRATION INCLUDES
• Vendor booth space at Schenley Plaza• Promotion through the Forever Fest page and my main social media account, reaching more than 8,000 followers• An official vendor spotlight graphic featuring your business name or logo when submitted before the deadline• Business recognition during live event announcements• Opportunities to reach students, residents, families, professionals, and visitors throughout the event• Networking opportunities with local businesses, artists, organizations, and community members• Live entertainment and activities throughout the event• Professional event staff available to assist during setup and throughout the event
VENDOR REGISTRATION OPTIONS
All vendor packages include booth space, social media promotion, event-day recognition, and inclusion in official vendor promotions.

All food and beverage vendors are subject to approval and are responsible for meeting applicable city, county, health, and permit requirements.

SPACE RESERVATIONS
Vendor capacity is limited because of Schenley Plaza’s layout and city requirements.
Submitting an application does not reserve a space. Spaces are officially reserved after payment has been received and registration has been confirmed.
Early Bird pricing is limited to the designated number of spots and is no longer guaranteed once those spots have been filled. Premium packages are also limited and available while spaces remain.
General vendor and performer registration closes October 9, 2026, or when all available spaces have been filled.
SETUP INFORMATION
Registered vendors will receive their booth assignment, arrival time, parking instructions, setup requirements, and additional event information before the event.
Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary materials and equipment for their setup unless otherwise stated in their confirmation information.
🎤 PERFORMER REGISTRATION
Artist registration is also open.
Performers may choose from Early Bird, General, or Last Chance registration while spaces remain available.
Each registered performer will receive:
• One 10-minute performance set• Promotion through Octoberfest social media before the event• Recognition during the event• Opportunities to capture professional photographs and video content• Exposure to new listeners and potential supporters• Networking opportunities with other artists, vendors, businesses, and community members
Octoberfest is more than a performance opportunity.
It is a chance to build your brand, grow your audience, create content, make meaningful connections, and participate in a major community celebration in the heart of Oakland.
Performance slots are limited and will be reserved on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
