What to Expect:
- Meet at the entrance to Bottle Lake Forest
- Register and collect your headphones
- Walk as a group through the forest while listening to beautiful music until we reach our secluded Yoga spot
- Settle in and practice among the trees for 45 mins
With silent disco headphones, you’ll be guided through a gentle, meditative Vinyasa flow.
The headphones allow you to fully immerse in the practice, blocking out distractions and tuning into the peaceful sounds of nature and my voice and soothing music.
