Experience the beauty of the gardens at the HCP in Victoria, while deepening your connection with yourself and nature. ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Kelly Kiss will guide you through a series of invitations to help you to slow down and connect with your senses and your bodies own healing. The practice of Forest Therapy is an “immersion” into the space of trees, plants and the beings of the forest and is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku. Research shows that if practiced regularly, forest bathing can decrease stress, boost immunity, heighten mood, enhance creativity, improve sleep, and promote overall peace and calmness in your daily life.
Self Investment $45 per person. Registration for these walks is through the HCP directly. Please register early if you would like to participate.
