About this Event

Ages 18 & older

Dates and times vary- see registration for details.

The walk is not about the destination, but instead the awakening of your senses to the natural environment around you. Join a certified Nature and Forest Therapy guide to learn how to immerse yourself in natural settings through mindful actions and observations, gain insights into local ecology, and better understand the physical and mental benefits of nature walks.

Sponsored by The Conservation Foundation and Dupage Foundation. The walk is held entirely outdoors. Bring water and wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
