Experience the magic of walking in the forest in the monsoon taking in the atmosphere through the senses. experience being calm and quiet in a forest Observing the rain and nature around you while breathing deeply. you will be lead on to guided mindfulness practice under the guidance of a trained professional from the Forest Therapy Institute. Make deep meaningful nature connections.

PROGRAM DETAILS
Day1:
11:10 - Pick up all participants coming by train to Kathgodam station
01 :00 - Lunch at a Cafe in Nainital
17:00 – 18:00: Welcome Tea and Introduction session between the participants and the moderators.
19:00 – 20:00: Bonfire and sharing
21:00 Dinner
Day 2
09:00: Breakfast
9:30 -13:00 Guided Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing Session) (Kilbury Forest)
13:30 - 14:30: A healthy lunch prepared from the local produce to satiate your taste buds while experiencing the delightful benefits of this program.
16:00 - 18:00 Visit a local Kumaon village home and enjoy the local tea
19:00 - 20:00 back to the jungle Lodge unwind and relax
20:00 - Dinner
Day 3:
08:00-09.00 Breakfast
09:00-12.00 Guided Shinrin-yoku- Therapeutic forest walk & Picnic (Kilbury Forest )
1:00 pm Retreat Closing
