PLEASE READ THRU THIS IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE REGISTERING!

Time+Date:2PM-4PM every Saturday from 8/3-8/31. Please make sure this time works for you before registering! I expect that some days we will run a bit later by 30 minutes to an hour. This will allow for more spaciousness around our circles and for our extra activities with our special guest(s).Pricing:The pricing is sliding scale to help the space be more accessible. If you have the means to pay more, please do. I'm hoping to offer one free spot using a scholarship fund created with the sliding scale pricing. QTBIPOC folks will have priority over the $150 sliding scale price. This is flexible, if you need accommodations please email me. The full price of the cohort is $200, but you are welcome to pay more to support the scholarship program. If you are interested in the scholarship and free spot, please email me. Transportation: We will be holding our sessions at Joaquin Miller by the Redwood Glen Trailhead in Oakland. There is no public transit and it's up a large hill, so not very accessible by foot or bike. Carpools can be arranged if necessary. Please let me know before registering if you will need to carpool - I will do my best to arrange something but cannot guarantee it.Covid: This is an outdoor unmasked event with about 8-10 people. If someone is exposed to Covid, we ask that there is communication with the group, depending on the circumstance you can potentially still attend the session while masked. We will gauge this with the rest of the other participants.Walking: The walk from the parking area to our destination is a semi-paved fire road. There are parts that will be dirt and occasionally muddy areas. It's about a 5-10 minute walk with some uphill and downhill. The path can be uneven but generally is a moderate path that folks can walk with sandals (although I always recommend sturdier shoes).Amenities: A bathroom is available halfway down the trail and can be used at any point during our day together. No drinkable water is available so folks should bring a water bottle. Please bring anything you might need to be outside for 2-3 hours including snacks, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. Bring your own mat, if you do not have one, please email me so we can sort something out for you.
