Forest Sound Bath in Amsterdamse Bos | Handpan, Singing Bowls & Nature

This summer… Our magical and much-loved Forest Sound Baths in Amsterdam are back! 🌿✨
Step away from the noise and pace of the city, and allow yourself to be held by sound, stillness and nature.
More than simply a sound bath, this is an immersive journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and return to a calmer, more grounded and regulated state. A gentle invitation to come back to yourself.
Each week, we gather beneath the trees of the Amsterdamse Bos to take a collective breath and sink into the present moment. Surrounded by the quiet of the forest, you’ll be guided through a deeply restorative sound journey with handpan, antique Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other grounding instruments.
As you rest beneath the trees, the sounds and vibrations invite the body to soften, the mind to become quieter and the nervous system to settle. You may leave feeling more spacious, clear, rested and connected, both to yourself and to the natural world around you.
No previous experience is needed. Simply come as you are.
✧ DETAILS ✧
📍 Amsterdamse Bos - The exact meeting location will be shared after booking.
