Join us for a relaxed and welcoming forest gathering where gay men come together to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect — with nature, with themselves, and with other men in a genuine way.

This monthly walk is about building real community in a calm, supportive environment. Away from noise and distraction, we create space for meaningful conversation, shared experience, and simple presence.

Each gathering includes gentle forest bathing, accessible mindfulness practices, grounding breathwork, moments of sound healing, and unstructured time to walk, reflect, and talk.

No pressure. No performance. No expectation to be anything other than yourself. Just fresh air, steady ground beneath your feet, and good company.

All men who identify as gay are warmly welcome.

No experience needed — just bring comfortable shoes and an open mind. Please dress weather appropriate.
