"Forest Breathing: Reconnect and Recharge" is for women navigating the complexities of work, business, and personal life, offering space and permission to pause, breathe and give themselves the attention they need in order to do the rest. We will be walking (gentle walk), sharing, breathing and giving our mind and body the chance to reset and re-energise.
The session will be 1.5 hours and you may want to stay for coffee and chat afterwards and allow time to return to car.

👞Wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear for possibly wet and muddy paths
