Join our Certified Forest Bathing Guide for 45-minute interactive indoor lecture about this wellness practice,. You will learn the history of this 40-year-old alternative medicine technique that originated in Japan and how it can benefit your physical and mental health. You can participate in an indoor forest bathing experience that includes a guided meditation session. This event is for ages 18 and older and will take place while seated indoors. Pre-registration for the $15 event is required at unitynaples.org.
We will offer two-hour outdoor, immersive forest bathing programs at Unity of Naples - which has a small trail and a labyrinth - on Oct. 12, Nov. 9 and Dec. 14 from 9:30 to 11:30 am. Learn more and register at unitynaples.org.
