Awaken your senses and join Dr. Lori Tate for a forest bathing experience at Dahlem!
The practice of forest bathing encourages you to connect with nature by taking in your surroundings through all of your senses. Fall is the perfect time to explore the forest and witness the seasonal changes through the splashes of color, smell of the leaves, and sounds of the birds.
Through this guided experience you will learn more about the practice of forest bathing, making observations with all of your senses, and the benefits of spending time in nature. You will also have the opportunity to head out on the trails to experience the benefits firsthand.
This is a family friendly experience; all ages and experience levels are welcome to participate. Space is limited. Fee: $6 non-member; $4 member.
