Hey nature lovers! Join us for a rejuvenating Forest Bathing Experience at Flandrau State Park on Thu May 23 2024. Let's immerse ourselves in the beauty of the forest, breathe in the fresh air, and connect with nature. This event is all about relaxation and mindfulness, so come unwind and de-stress with us. Don't miss out on this opportunity to recharge in the great outdoors!

We will meet at the Flandrau beach house near the swim pond at 6:00pm. Our instructor, Lori, will coach us on Forest Bathing. We will have time to go into the wilderness and connect with our surroundings. After that, we will meet as a group to reflect on the process. Plan for this experience to take two hours. In case of inclement weather, our backup date will be May 30th. Participants will be notified via email if the event is postponed. *Please note that you will need to either have a state park sticker on your car or pay for a day pass to enter the state park.
