VENUE CHANGE for Oct. 5. Due to wet conditions at the Rookery Bay Environmental Learning Center trails, we will meet at the BRIGGS BOARDWALK down nearby Shell Island Road.
You will still get free admission to the nature center, which is open until 4 pm.
The program features a guided meditation session followed by a series of invitations to use your curiosity and senses to connect with nature and yourself. Look, listen, smell and feel what nature is offering you.
Optional opportunities for sharing throughout the program create a sense of a communal experience. Light refreshments are served during the program's closing ceremony, a time of further reflection.
Your ticket includes admission to the two-story center with aquariums, touch tank, exhibits, butterfly garden, picnic areas, art gallery and nature store.
