Forest Bathing and Willow Hearts

You are invited to join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience connecting to nature at our private woodland in Rushcliffe Country Park! Join us on Sun, Feb 16, 2025 at 1:00 PM for a session of Forest Bathing where you can immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and smells of the forest to boost your wellbeing in this beautiful late winter period.

Afterwards, get creative and celebrate the Valentines season by creating beautiful, unique Willow Hearts using naturally and sustainably sourced willow whips and other natural materials. Come alone, or bring a loved one or friend!

Come and be nourished with us in this beautiful setting, surrounded by trees and fresh air. Open to all, no experience is necessary!

You will be guided throughout the session by a qualified Forest Therapy Practitioner.
