If you’d like to learn what it’s all about, join us for a one-hour presentation from WDM’s own Certified Nature + Forest Therapy Guide, Brandy Case Haub. Brandy will share her photos and stories from her recent trip to Japan, where she experienced Shinrin-yoku in the forests where the practice began 40 years ago.
