Wolf & Otter is a delicate yet massive barrel-aged English Barleywine. Blended from Willet, Makers Mark and a few Rockfilter small format barrels which aged for eighteen, thirty, and thirty-one months. Expect a complex warming nose with flavors of brûlée, rum raisins, fresh turned caramels, baking spices, gentle oak and dates. Gather your pack and crack open this beauty for a joyous occasion.
Split $50
Imperial Double Pastry Stout 13.4% ABV
This collaboration blended stout has a thirty-four month old Modist stout, thirty-two month old Horus stout, twenty-three month old Forager stout and twenty month old Barrel Theory and J. Wakefield stout. We then loaded this thickness with banana, peanuts, coconut, vanilla beans, cocoa nibs and toffee. Why eat your banana split when you can drink it?
Ants (Vintage 2022) $50
Imperial Double Stout 14% ABV
This barrel-aged savory stout takes inspiration from authentic Mexican Mole sauce. We took hand harvested Mexican Chicatana ants and blended them with Mexican Chiapas cocoa nibs, Ceylon cinnamon sticks from Vera Cruz, Pompano, Bahiana, and Planifolia vanilla beans from around Mexico with a blend of Mexican dried chilis. Savor this flavor with your most adventurous crew while chowing down on some pork ribs.

Nillerzzzzz Killerzzzzz (Vintage 2022) $50
Imperial Double Coffee Stout 14% ABV
This barrel-aged double stout blend is our collaboration with the amazing people at Mostra Coffee in California. Mostra helped us source an incredible coffee, Bambito Estate Geisha from the mountains of Panama. This coffee provides a bright lavender floral tone, while vanilla beans from Brazil, Vanuatu, Peru, Madagascar and Mexico lend layered sweet vanillin and a diverse spectrum of vanilla flavors. Enjoy this ale with friends over brunch.

This barrel-aged English barleywine was blended from mostly thirty gallon Rockfilter barrels. We added a tiny amount of organic Turkish figs and vanilla beans from India to accent characteristics in this beautiful liquid. This barleywine was created to enjoy with a holiday meal amongst friends and family.
