Dinner in the Clear Mountain Room at Indian Ladder Farms. A drink pairing option is available. Beverages will also be on sale by the ILF team.

Chefs Corinne Carey and Dave Chaiken have proposed a delightful meal that will incorporate wild foraged ingredients as well as mushrooms in every course. Singer songwriter Sean Rowe will eat with guests during the meal then wow everyone with his musical prowess.

Dinner Limited to 40 seats

Graze: Tempura fried grape leaves

Foraged Greens Salad + spring onions + Dandelion capers (Vegan Caesar dressing) 

Entree: Dumplings + Dryad Saddle Broth (ramps, ginger broth, wild ginger)

Dessert: Magnolia/Nettle/Bedstraw Cake

F irst Course served at 6pm. Please arrive between 5:30 and 5:50pm for dinner.
