For the Love of Film Mini Film Festival 2027!

The summer is proving to be very busy for folks, so we are postponing our event until next year! We love the idea of having the fest around Valentine’s Day, which seems to be a sweet spot for an event like this (pun intended). If you’ve already submitted, we will keep your submission unless you ask us to remove it. Otherwise, please save the new dates, and help spread the word!

Shorts Film Submissions: Any genre and length under 20 minutes
Submit Dates: Now - December 15, 2026
Decision Date: January 15, 2027
Festival Date: Saturday, February 13, 2027

Our mini fest will be big fun as we gather in community to watch and discuss great films, discuss the business side of film making and distribution, and enjoy a signature Lavender Love cocktail and other concessions. We will have a Q&A with the filmmakers, raffle prizes, and a cash award for audience choice film.​​​​​
Most likely we will have two film blocks. 12pm-3pm and 3pm-6pm with post event party & networking.
