Join us for a tour of the outdoor classroom project of the Oshkosh North High School's gardens with club member Cheryl Pagel.
The purpose of the outdoor classroom is to expand student's thinking about growing food and why pollinators are an essential part of this process for our ecosystem. As an extension of the indoor classroom experience, students have the opportunity to grow food from seed to harvest. Recognizing the importance of this project, grant funding has been provided by the Oshkosh Garden Club, the Oshkosh Community Foundation, Wild Ones and the Whole Kids Project.
We will meet at the Oshkosh North Garden Space North of the main buildings at North High School, 1100 W. Smith Avenue (see driving directions in the comments).

6:30 PM Business meeting to follow inside in the Agricultural classroom.
You need not register in advance but if you could let us know (in the comment section below) that you are coming, it would be helpful so that we can personally greet you.
Our club meetings are a great opportunity to socialize with fellow gardeners, learn new information on a wide variety of interesting topics from community speakers and give your input for our upcoming events and community projects.
You can always find our meeting topics and information about our club on our website at: https://www.oshkoshgardenclub.org/calendar.html
