For the Helpers: A Nervous System Exhale (Free, In-Person)

If you’re someone who is usually the calm one, the capable one, or the person others rely on — this evening is for you.

This free, in-person gathering is a simple, grounded space for helpers and professionals to exhale, reset their nervous systems, and experience being held rather than holding.

There’s nothing to prepare, nothing to share unless you want to, and nothing to “get right.”

We’ll spend the hour with gentle nervous system settling, quiet presence, and restorative practices designed to support regulation and integration — without fixing, teaching, or performing.

This is not therapy and not a training.
It’s a place to land.

This gathering is especially supportive for:

• Healthcare providers and clinicians
• Nurses, therapists, and bodyworkers
• First responders
• Educators and caregivers
• Helpers of all kinds who are tired, overloaded, or quietly carrying a lot

You don’t need to have it figured out to come.
You don’t need to explain yourself.
