CALLING ALL CAREGIVERS!!

Feel like you’re pouring from an empty cup? Join us for an afternoon retreat to release, reclaim, and refill.

This communal creative retreat is for moms, family caregivers and professionals – 🥰 - and anyone looking to reset their nervous system, quiet their mind and plunge the depths of their soul.

An experienced artist will guide us through mindful art practices designed to ease stress and build community. The perfect self-care routine when you’re running on E. ⛽ No artistic experience needed – this is all about the process, not perfection.

Drop in for a quick creative fix or stay and play all day.

We'll provide the materials 🎨, so just bring your adventurous spirit.
