Most needed: exprerienced painters - one homeowner asked for us to paint their one-story house and another asked us to paint the facsia along the top edge. Also needed: yard work for three houses. We will have the city of Tempe tool trailer on hand, but you are welcome to bring your own tools.

We’re inviting families, neighbors, friends, and co-workers to come together for this annual community service event. Let’s show what hundreds of volunteers can do when we work together!

Date: Saturday, October 18, 2025, 8 am - Noon

Location: Meet at Cecil Shamley K–8 School parking lot, 1500 N Scovel Street, Tempe, AZ 85288
Focus Areas: Indian Bend and Del Rio neighborhoods
Projects Include:

• Yardwork and house painting for neighbors who sign up for help
• Trash cleanup around the school, Boys & Girls Club, and alleys

Free Services and Activities:

• Free dental screening by NOAH for students and neighbors (Neighborhood Outreach Access to Healthcare)
• Free bicycle repairs by Tempe Bicycle Action Group (T-BAG)
• Community resource booths featuring Tempe Coalition, Tempe Community Action Agency, Tempe Community Council
• Breakfast and lunch will be provided!

If you or your company would like to help sponsor the meals or painting supplies, sponsorships are available from $100 to $2,500.
