FOR OCS MEMBERS ONLY: Duncan Grant art collection at St Peter’s College

The JWM Collection at St Peter’s College is one of the largest private collections in the UK of works by the celebrated artist and designer Duncan Grant. A British painter and designer of textiles, pottery, theatre sets and costumes, Grant was a member of the group of English writers, intellectuals, philosophers and artists known as the Bloomsbury Group. On long-term loan to the College by a generous alumnus, the works range in date from the very beginning of his career to the very end and include various media. This tour, led by the College archivist, will also include a visit to the College Chapel and other buildings on the New Inn Hall St site.
