About this Event
DESCRIPTION:
PROFESSIONAL VERSION :This class is tailored for men who experience tight muscles and want to improve flexibility and mobility, all while minimizing the risk of injury. Through gentle stretching, targeted mobility work, and relaxation techniques, you'll release built-up tension, increase your range of motion, and promote better movement patterns. Whether you're dealing with stiffness from sitting all day, post-workout soreness, or general tightness, this class offers a safe, effective way to help you feel more comfortable and mobile in your body. No extreme flexibility required—just a focus on feeling better, moving freely, and reducing the chances of injury in your everyday life.
This beginner-friendly class guides participants through gentle stretches for the upper, middle, and lower body. Classes start with a warm-up to prepare the body, followed by a sequence of stretches, each held for at least 30 - 60 seconds—the duration research shows is ideal for improving flexibility. Participants should be able to use the floor for best results.
FUN VERSION: Finally… a stretching class for bros.
Tight hips? Stiff hamstrings? Back feels 87 years old after leg day?
This is a beginner stretching class taught by a bro, for bros — no chanting, no crystals, no being the only guy in the room.
