About this Event
Join us for our second run series, let's come together and spring into summer.
Let's run it back, have a good time, and be together.
Food, and raffle prizes will be will be offered afterwards.
information about our run:
- We will be meeting at entrance 7 of STC at 9:30 am.
- We will spend about ten minutes on introductions.
- Following that we will have Jeremy Ponce, a registered massage therapist, lead a 10-minute warm-up.
- Then at about 9:50 am, we will move onto our run, which will be about 6km.
- There will be pacers leading various groups to accommodate various paces.
- The run will be around the Scarborough Town Centre area.
- Once the run is complete we will come into lululemon for a little breakfast, announce the raffle winners and share the discount code for the Scarborough 5K.
