Whether you’re new to the game or have been playing for years, Footy Friday is your space to play, grow, and feel confident on and off the field. Every Friday night at Lab Five Soccer, we host pick-up games, practice new skills, and build community in a fun and welcoming environment

There are no tryouts and no pressure. Just show up as you are

Our coaches are all women with experience playing in college or professionally. Each session is led by licensed, supportive mentors who are there to guide and inspire you!

• Check-in starts at 6:45 PM – come early to get ready and pumped!
• Dress to move! Athletic shoes and comfy clothes are a must
• Hydrate! Bring water to keep your energy up
• Find us at: Lab Five, Field 8
• Be on time! Don’t miss a minute of the fun
• Can’t make it? Cancel your ticket so someone else can join

Ya seas nueva en el juego o lleves años jugando, Footy Friday es tu espacio para jugar, crecer y sentirte segura dentro y fuera de la cancha. Todos los viernes por la noche en Lab Five Soccer, organizamos partidos de fútbol libre, practicamos nuevas habilidades y creamos comunidad en un ambiente divertido y acogedor.
