• Check-in starts at 5:45 PM – come early to check in and get ready for the session!
• Dress to move! Athletic shoes and comfy clothes are a must
• Hydrate! Bring water to keep your energy up

• Be on time! Don’t miss a minute of the fun
• Can’t make it? Cancel your ticket so someone else can join
• Heads up: After 3 no-shows, you will no longer be able to register for a session.
