FOOT TO SPINEThis workshop will focus on movement pathways from the foot to the spine to develop fluidity and connections. We will focus on the collaboration between the periphery and the centre. Excerpts from the choreographic work Fakarouni will be used.

DAL PIEDE ALLA COLONNA VERTEBRALE
Questo workshop si concentra sui percorsi di movimento dal piede alla colonna vertebrale per sviluppare fluidità e connessioni. Ci concentreremo sulla collaborazione tra la periferia e il centro. Verranno utilizzati estratti dal lavoro coreografico Fakarouni.
