About this Event
Your foundation is only as strong as your feet. If you’ve dealt with plantar fasciitis, stiff ankles, bunions, sprains that never quite healed, or just sore, tired feet after training or long days—then you already know how much they can hold you back.
But what if your feet could do more than just “get you by”? What if they were strong, mobile, stable, and responsive—supporting deeper squats, stronger runs, faster recovery, and better balance in everything you do?
In this informative and hands-on workshop, you’ll explore your foundation in ways most people never have. Through movement, education, and hands-on adjustments, Dr. Noah will guide you toward unlocking untapped capacity in your feet and ankles. You’ll leave not only with new awareness but also with practical tools to carry forward in training, sport, and daily life.
This is your chance to stop ignoring the base of your body and start building from the ground up.
About Dr. Noah
Dr. Noah is a sports and family chiropractor with an extensive background in Sports Health Science and a deep fascination with how the human body evolves and adapts. With a foundation in evolutionary biology, he bridges ancestral movement principles with modern sports chiropractic to help people move, perform, and live with more awareness and intention. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him running and hiking in nature—testing, refining, and living the same foot and mobility practices he shares in this workshop.
