Food52 Cookbook Club Sweets Swap with Renato Poliafito

Following our Friendsgiving on November 14, Food52’s Cookbook Club is gathering IRL for a Sweets Swap December 5 with special guest Renato Poliafito. We’ll be baking and sharing dishes from Renato’s book, !, filled with classic Italian desserts with an American twist. If you love his bakery/cafe, Ciao Gloria, then you’re in for a holiday season treat—Renato will be joining us and bringing cookies from his book to swap with us!

We’ll send you a sign-up sheet once you register to share the sweet or savory dish you want to bring and make sure you’re not duplicating. (Renato will be signing cookbooks, too, so bring your copy of Dolci!)

You’ll have access to our Test Kitchen ovens to warm things up, but we ask that you bring your dish ready-made. (Also, fine print alert: By buying a ticket and/or participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to our Ts&Cs linked here.)

As a thank you for making and bringing a dish, we’ll have gift totes to take home and you’ll be entered to win a special prize for your holiday baking or hosting.
