Food Union: Intro to Cheese

Please join this class for a guided tasting of five curated cheeses from at least three different milks, ranging from approachable to a little funky. Each cheese is explored alongside essential accompaniments that bring out texture and flavor in every bite. Small-batch non-alcoholic wines or cocktails are included for a curious look at what’s new and emerging. A relaxed, interactive tasting focused on discovery, conversation, and good cheese.
